Manuel Schrapers has been gradually assuming the duties of CEO of Metroplan Eastern Europe Group since May. He succeeds Ulrich Dantzer, who will retire at the end of the year after 36 years with the company. Schrapers previously worked for automotive supplier Leoni and established logistics sites in Africa, America, Europe and China. Schrapers is a proven globalization expert who will drive internationalization forward, according to the Hamburg-based company.
