China wants to build a trading hub for green power. Christiane Kühl analyzes for us today the difficult progress in this endeavor. She observes that it is taking a lot of time, but progress is being made step by step. In parallel, reforms in the power sector and the development of supra-regional power grids are helping to make green power available throughout the country.
