There, they now want to promote green consumption. People are to buy products with eco-labels and produce less waste. Authorities and companies are to make procurement more sustainable and build in a more climate-friendly way. But for all the green pretense , there’s a problem: Most companies in China are too opaque and publish too little information about how sustainable their business practices and products really are.
