TikTok is looking for a solution to its struggle for survival in the United States. The entertainment platform of the Chinese group ByteDance is being criticized in Washington. And the state of Montana has also passed a law that would allow TikTok to be banned. Now, TikTok is pulling the ripcord with a novel trick, as Marcel Grzanna analyzes.
