Uwe Pichler-Necek has been Managing Director of Porsche Engineering in China since July. Porsche Engineering had only expanded its presence in Beijing at the end of August with a new R&D center in the Chaoyang district. Pichler-Necek had already joined Porsche Engineering in Shanghai in April to replace the previous Managing Director Kurt Schwaiger. Schwaiger is retiring after six years in China.
