Lance Zhou is the new CEO of U.S. electric car manufacturer Phoenix Motorcars. Zhou was previously CEO of Karma Automotive, a U.S. manufacturer of luxury electric vehicles. From 2015 to 2018, he was president of Beijing Foton Daimler Automotive.
