Alibaba struggles to emerge from crisis

Supposed to be the key part of the corporate restructuring, the separation of the cloud business will not take place.

The largest overhaul in the company’s history was meant to give Chinese tech giant Alibaba a fresh start. However, the comprehensive realignment is now being completely reconsidered, causing dismay among investors.

The tech giant founded by Jack Ma is thoroughly failing to achieve the hoped-for breakthrough. The split of the corporation into six independent entities, announced only in March, is already partially history.
