Josep Borrell, the EU’s High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs, is in China until Saturday. He arrived in Shanghai on Thursday and immediately went on a series of appointments: He met with EU companies to hear their concerns and discussed with academics at the Shanghai Institute for International Studies.
