This past weekend, Li Chenggang made his first public appearance in his new role as China’s trade representative at the US-China Economic Summit in Switzerland. During the two-day talks in Geneva, the experienced diplomat appeared confident alongside Vice Premier Liu He, the head of the Chinese delegation.
