Kenyan writer Yvonne Adhiambo Owuor explains how China inspires African people to redefine their role in the world.

Your novel „The Dragonfly Sea“ is about a young Kenyan woman who is identified as the descendant of a 15th-century Chinese sailor from the fleet of the famous Admiral Zheng He – a story based on a true incident.
