BMW to build X5 in China in future

BMW is aiming to expand its involvement in China. The carmaker says it is preparing to produce the X5 in the People’s Republic. In order to meet the strong worldwide demand for the model, BMW is expanding global production of the X5, according to a spokesperson. Local production in China is therefore planned, he added.
