After over four years in prison, four of the forty-seven democracy activists on trial in Hong Kong have been released. But the shadow of the National Security Law lingers.

Four democracy activists were released from prison in Hong Kong on Tuesday. The four former MPs, Claudia Mo, Kwok Ka-ki, Jeremy Tam, and Gary Fan, had served sentences of more than four years in various prisons.
