Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer has explained the planned deployment of the German Navy in the Indo-Pacific in a video conversation with Chinese Defence Minister Wei Fenghe. The frigate „Bayern“ is to set off for Asia in August, passing through waters that China considers its own territory.
