Supply chain law keeps German companies busy

More than a year before the planned supply chain law comes into force, German companies in China are already concerned. About a third (31 percent) of companies surveyed in the People’s Republic are already preparing for the implementation of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, according to a survey by the Chamber of Foreign Trade (AHK). 35 percent of the companies surveyed stated they have not yet taken steps to implement the law, the AHK told China.Table.
