Tesla Shanghai overcomes chip shortage

Tesla’s new large-scale factory in Shanghai will have produced around 300,000 cars from January to the end of September. This is reported by the trade magazine Automotive News. This amount is considered high and is already on par with the output of large Daimler plants such as the one in Bremen and the one in Beijing. Tesla seems to have found ways to deal with the global shortage of microchips. Tesla cars are particularly equipped with digital features and require powerful processors.
