Setting a better course for China policy: What the new German government needs to do differently

The new German government must improve on the China policy of the previous coalition. While that coalition did adopt a solid strategy toward China, it seriously lacked consistent follow-through. The new coalition agreement includes good starting points, but falls short in critical areas.
