After all, it’s a well-known fact that you stand a better chance at courtship if you look passable. And do you consider turning a juicy T-bone steak on the grill a basic component of a successful spring weekend? Good to know! But that’s not supposed to be the focus of this column. Rather, we want to deal with so-called „letter words“ – things that somehow visually resemble Latin letters and which we have therefore given an appropriate name in German. Something like T-shirts, U-turns, V-necks, T-bone steaks and X- or O-legs.
