At COP29, bets are already being taken on how long the conference will go into overtime this year. Most observers predict late Saturday night or even Sunday noon. So far, there has been too little progress even by COP standards. COP29 President Mukhtar Babayev is more optimistic and wants to achieve a result by Friday evening.
