Conference International Glacier Conference
The United Nations has declared 2025 the „International Year of Glacier Conservation“. The conference is being hosted by the government of Tajikistan. Representatives from governments, UN organizations, institutes and civil society will take part in the conference to discuss how to better protect glaciers. A final declaration is then to be submitted to the UN General Assembly this year. Info
