The transition in heating presents municipalities with enormous challenges, says Kiel’s Mayor Ulf Kämpfer. In an interview with Table.Briefings, he explains why Kiel is pursuing a more ambitious path than other municipalities, why high speed isn’t always helpful, and where the necessary billions for network expansion could come from.
