Over a third of the investment products designated as ESG funds and traded in the EU continue investing in fossil fuel companies. In total, the sum involved is over EUR 123 billion. This is the result of an investigation by the NGOs Urgewald and Facing Finance, which was presented on Wednesday. The organizations speak of „massive greenwashing“.
