The increase in heat-related deaths due to climate change could disproportionately affect people under the age of 35. By the end of the century, the number of heat-related deaths in this age group could increase by 35 percent if greenhouse gas emissions are not significantly reduced. This is the conclusion of a recent study published in the journal Sciences Advances.
