Two days ago, Table.Briefings exclusively reported on a letter from the Federal Ministers of Economic Affairs, Labor, Justice, and Finance to the EU Commission. In it, they call on the EU Commission to postpone the application of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) for companies in the second and third wave by two years. The first phase covers companies that already had to publish sustainability reports in the past and for which nothing should change.
