Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365 or UKG (formerly Kronos): Just a few examples of applications that are already busy collecting data from employees – and can be used to assess their performance. They all fall roughly into the category of algorithmic management, i.e. tools that collect information fully or partially automatically and are then used to evaluate employees.
