Following Rafał Trzaskowski’s defeat in the Polish presidential election last Sunday, open conflict has erupted within the governing coalition. Politicians from the conservative Polish People’s Party (PSL) are particularly critical of the failed election campaign – and of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who plans to call a vote of confidence in parliament on June 11.
