The posting of workers to other EU member states could soon become simpler. On Thursday, a majority in the Competitiveness Council endorsed a centralized digital notification portal for service providers. The general approach became possible after France, under German pressure, agreed to drop its resistance. This clears a major hurdle for the eDeclaration.
