Carole Dieschbourg: ‘The EU must act as Paris’ defender’

At the Paris Climate Change Conference, Luxembourg’s Environment Minister Carole Dieschbourg defended the EU position. The Green minister was instrumental in negotiating the climate agreement, earning her the nicknames „climate queen“ and „Europe’s voice.“ At COP26, she will observe the negotiations from the second row. Europe must act as a bridge builder, she says in an interview with Charlotte Wirth.
