In the second round of Poland‘s presidential election this Sunday, the race is neck and neck. Rafal Trzaskowski, candidate of the ruling Civic Coalition, and Karol Nawrocki, backed by the right-wing nationalist Law and Justice Party (PiS), are polling nearly evenly – 47 to 46 percent. Nearly seven percent of voters remain undecided or decline to say how they’ll vote. The outcome may hinge on just a few hundred thousand votes.
