The EU Commission and the EU Parliament are currently warming up for the reform of public procurement law. In the public debate, considerations of how green lead markets or innovative European industries can be strengthened are playing a key role. However, trade unions, social politicians and some companies are pushing for social aspects to be taken into account in the reform.
