The legal basis for the Special Tribunal against the crime of aggression is ready. Now, after the departure of the USA, Europeans and Western partners must have the courage to push ahead with the Tribunal on their own.

Donald Trump wants to do business with Vladimir Putin, but the Europeans, together with Western partners, are pushing ahead with the project of a Special Tribunal against the Russian leadership and its war of aggression. The foreign ministers of EU states and members of the Council of Europe want to give the political go-ahead for the tribunal in Lviv on May 9.
