Major General Holger Neumann will take command of the Bundeswehr Air Force as the new inspector on Tuesday. He replaces Lieutenant General Ingo Gerhartz, who will head the Allied Joint Force Command in Brunssum in the Netherlands. Defense Minister Boris Pistorius (SPD) will hand over command to Neumann during a ceremonial roll call in Wunstdorf.
