The head of the Heinrich Böll Foundation’s Africa department, Kirsten Krampe, will temporarily take over the management of the office of the Green Party-affiliated foundation in Ramallah in June. The Islamic scholar had already headed the office from 2004 to 2007 before returning to the head office in Berlin. Krampe will initially manage the Foundation’s work in the Palestinian Territories until the end of the year, until a permanent successor has been found for the previous office manager, Dorthe Siegmund.
