Patrick Keller is moving from the German Aerospace Industries Association (BDLI) to the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) on July 1. Keller was Head of the Policy and Communication Department there from 2023. At DGAP, he will take over as Head of the Center for Security and Defense. This post was previously held by Hans-Peter Bartels on an interim basis.
