Félix Bolaños is the most powerful man in Pedro Sánchez’s government. Since November 2023, Bolaños has been Minister for the Presidency, Justice and Parliamentary Relations. The super minister is one of the architects of the amnesty law, which aims to ensure that Catalan separatists remain unpunished for crimes such as corruption, embezzlement and terrorism.
