: The provisional agenda includes an initiative to combat the abuse of letterbox companies, a proposal to implement the global OECD convention on minimum effective taxation and a joint communication on a strategic approach to support the disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration of former soldiers. The Commission is also expected to present the delegated act on the treatment of nuclear energy and natural gas under the EU taxonomy. The Authority is also expected to present the new guidelines on climate, energy and environmental aid. This will be followed by a press conference at around 12:00.
