: By decision of July 18, 2018 („Google Android“), the Commission fined Google €4.34 billion for illegal practices in Android mobile devices aimed at strengthening the dominant position of its own search engine. Google and Alphabet brought an action for annulment of this decision before the General Court of the EU.
