The European Commission has imposed fines of €329 million on the food delivery services Delivery Hero and Glovo for cartel agreements. According to the Brussels authority, they had exchanged information on the geographical division of markets, on sensitive business information and on not poaching each other’s staff. The decision is based on a settlement: According to the Commission, the companies admitted to the agreements and in return their fines were reduced by ten percent.
