Bitkom President Ralph Wintergerst is calling on the Commission to ensure that the planned reforms to digital regulation are not too small. „The omnibus should be packed full to make it easier for companies,“ said Wintergerst at a virtual press conference on the current state of preparations for the Data Act, which will become law on Sept. 12.
