CEP complains about violations of EU law by the DSA

According to the Centre for European Policy (CEP), the Commission’s proposal on the Digital Services Act (DSA) violates EU law and has several ambiguities. This is the conclusion reached by the think-tank in three analyses published today (Part I, Part II, Part III).
