Seven MEPs from the CDU/CSU group and five MEPs from the European SPD have been appointed to the 16 working groups negotiating the coalition agreement. The talks start today and should be concluded on April 3.

Twelve MEPs are taking part in the negotiations between the CDU, CSU and SPD to form a coalition in the Bundestag. The negotiations are due to start today, Thursday, and be concluded on April 3. Sixteen working groups have been formed. The CDU/CSU group will negotiate:
