In recent weeks, 200 military planners from 30 countries have concretized the plan for the operation of the „reinsurance force“ for Ukraine, said British Defence Minister John Healey in Brussels on Thursday. The coalition of the willing came together for the first time at NATO headquarters and in the format of defense ministers – a double premiere. The objectives are clear and the plans are well advanced, said Healey, who chaired the meeting together with his French colleague.
