Commission: extension for relaxed state aid rules

The state aid rules, which have been relaxed since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, will be extended once again. EU Commission Vice President Margrethe Vestager said Thursday that there are significant differences in Covid aid among EU member states but that a demolition that is too sudden must be prevented. There should thus be a slow phasing out, she said.
