According to a draft of the Commission’s work program available to Europe.Table, the EU Commission plans to adopt the „right to repair“ in the third quarter of 2022. It had already announced the plan when it presented the Green Deal in December 2019 and fleshed it out in the new action plan for the circular economy in March.
