The member states are planning an IPCEI for clean, connected and autonomous vehicles. The IPCEI project, in which German companies want to play a leading role, is referred to in the draft Car Action Plan, which the College of Commissioners intends to adopt today. The draft lists proposals and initiatives announced by the Commission to save the industry in five areas. The paper has 18 pages and represents a further development of the collection of ideas that was sent to the participants of the Strategic Dialogue last week.
