Council adopts position on Data Governance Act

The Council adopted its negotiating position on the Data Governance Act (DGA). Now, nothing stands in the way of the first trilogue with the European Commission and the European Parliament. The act is intended to make it easier for companies and research institutions in the EU to share data, thus creating a genuine data market.
