Negotiations on the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) made progress at a political level yesterday but, as expected, could not yet be concluded. In the fourth trilogue, the EU Parliament, Council and Commission negotiated from midday on Wednesday until late in the evening.
