The Industry Committee (ITRE) and the Defense Committee (SEDE) adopted their position on the European Defense Industrial Program (EDIP) at a joint meeting on Thursday. MEPs from the EPP, S&D, Renew, and the Greens approved the report and mandate for the trilogue with clear majorities.
