Europe must overcome its digital and telecommunications fragmentation and create a genuine pan-European market with more harmonized rules. This is what the Association of European Telecommunications Operators (ETNO) writes in its statement on the Commission’s White Paper „How to meet the demand for digital infrastructure in Europe“.
