The European Union is considering solutions that include elements of import monitoring in the steel and aluminum dispute with the US. It is willing to look at the solutions Washington agreed to with Canada, Mexico and other countries in 2019, EU Trade Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis said Tuesday ahead of a meeting with US Trade Representative Katherine Tai. He did not provide details.
