The Commission has initiated formal proceedings against the platforms Pornhub, Stripchat, XNXX and XVideos. This concerns alleged violations of the Digital Services Act (DSA). „The investigations focus on risks to the protection of minors, including risks related to the lack of effective age verification measures,“ the Commission announced.
